• After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

• Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us immediately with photos. Once you sign to confirm receipt in good condition upon delivery, refund or exchange requests can no longer be accepted.

• Refunds are only applicable for order cancellations within 24 hours or in cases of damaged products where a replacement is not possible.
