• All products are made to order, and production begins only after full payment is received.

• Prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Custom Orders

• Custom sizes and modifications are available upon request.

• To request a custom quote, please contact us with the product name or image.

• Custom orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated before confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently produce & ship within Serbia, offering free shipping on orders over 1,000€, while smaller orders may have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
